ArisingFlame
What I use for my audio is a unit called the Line 6 TonePort UX1. It connects to the computer through USB. When using a previous version (10.4.8), It was fine. But Several times I've tried to install the drivers for it (A software called Gearbox) on my current installation (10.4.10) always ruins the boot. I can boot several times after installing the OS, then I try to install the software/drivers and I get many lines of text telling me that it's looking for some "coreaudio" thing and keeps failing, but will not go on until it suceeds. Any suggestions? I need this device functional. :EDIT: I'm running the tubgirl 10.4.10 AMD only version.
