Hardware parts list / need a recommendation

Hi all I am in the middle of building a new power system. here is what I have ordered so far and I need a recommendation on video.

Once again a G5 case to ATX system (BTW I am fully doccumenting this one I will post a complete tutorial on how to when i am done next weekend)

 

Mobo: Gigabyte Ga-p35-DQ6

 

 

So I need help with I have a nvidia 7300 working for a temp card, but i want to add the best video card i can. I am thinking x1950xt or xtx but is there something better?

 

also the sound patch for this board is crappy 2 channel is there a good sound card i can use? i read about no pci sound card support....will this work? reative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio VARPAK 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Express Interface Sound Card
