boot problem, help anyone

First, my pc hardware goes:

intel p4 3.0,ASUS p4p800, 512MB, ATI 9200

OS: mac os x 10.4.8 with intel see2 see3 only choosen.

 

problem:

1. can't boot without DVD support. It means I must put the mac os x disk into DVD dirver,when booting.

2. monitor display only have 1024*768 option.

3. Can't find my USB disk and flash.
