kidd05
Just completed an install of OSX 10.4.8. Had to disable the Nvidia kext's to get to setup screen. Boots up with sound and the volume buttons even work. Mouse is working (USB and built in touchpad) and the kayboard works, but when I get to the setup screen asking to choose a keyboard layout, no layouts are listed. As a result I cannot continue on in the install. I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 1.6 Pentium 4. I have tried no mouse, a PS/2 Keyboard, no keyboard, nothing seems to help. Anyone seen this before? kidd05
I am not sure why this happened. I reinstalled JAS 10.4.8, and everything worked fine. Guess that is what I get for not verifying my media.
