Thoughts on my first build (ECS 945P-A)

I plan on making my first build using some new and spare components. Here's the list of hardware:

 

ECS 945P-A (1.1) LGA 775 Intel 945P ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Pentium 4 540J Prescott 3.2GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80547PG3200EJ

Crucial 2GB (1GBx2) DDR2 PC2-6400 RAM

EVGA Geforce 7600GS PCI-E 256mb

CDRW/DVDRW Drive

200GB Seagate 7200rpm IDE Drive

 

Any red flags with this before I order the motherboard and video card? Anybody's thoughts would help alot. Btw, I'm aiming for cheap for my first build.
