Taste in a sexual partner is like taste in food. Some people like mushrooms, some people don't (like me). Some people like pickles (like me), some people don't. People don't choose to like or dislike a specific food, they just do. Now, you might try something you've never had, and decide you like it. Or you may start liking something you previously didn't, or you may stop liking something you previously did. It's just a matter of taste. (in this respect, most people are omnisexual. what gets them going is fluid and dynamic.)
