QuikTime Presets? where are they?

I am looking for these quicktime presets:

 

 

In QuickTime Player, open the movie you wish to export.

Choose File > Export.

Choose a file format from the Export pop-up menu.

Choose the preset that best meets your needs from the Use pop-up menu.

For example, to export a movie for use with a video-capable iPod, select Movie to iPod. To export a movie that is optimized for Apple TV, select Movie to Apple TV.

Choose a filename and location, and click Save.

 

BUT.. my version of Quicktime pro (version 7.2) doesn't seem to have them where the above Quicktime help say's I do..(all I have is video/audio streaming presets). what do I need to make this work? what I'm trying to do is export video to apple TV. The video's that I'm trying to export are .mov files. any ideas?

Oh, boy.. NOT "use:" drop down, but "export:" drop down menu... man that was stupid.
