Specs are: Asus P5B motherboard (with Jmicron controller JMB363, I think) 2GB RAM 160GB HDD (vista) 80GB HDD (installing osx here) LGA775 Pentium 4 Pioneer IDE DVD Drive I have tried to turn Jmicron off and do it, but then my whole PC doesn't even detect the damn DVD drive. I have also imaged the DVD onto a partition and boot off that, didn't work. I also tried AHCI on, on the motherboard. And I am using Jas 10.4.8 dvd. Any help would be much much appreciated! THANKS!!!
