TimeMachine
I've tested my external harddrive out at my friends and it works. But on my computer, I cant boot USB; On the boot menu there is no USB boot. I have updated BIOS. I have USB controller and Emulation enabled on BIOS, and I've attached the external drive and in the front USBs and back. But there are only four options that show up. 1. Normal 2. Diskette 3. C Drive 4. CD No boot from USB to be found. Can anyone help?
thestevo
Some motherboards just don't have it, probably never will. However, I believe that there is a floppy and CD for Damn Small Linux that you can boot off of, it loads USB drivers, and passes off to that drive. I don't know the current state, maybe it was beta, who knows? Stevo
