viriiman
So I followed the guide (that can be found here http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Multibooting) and am tri-booting my PC. I d/l'd the newest version of OS X and tried to install. The machine restarts and I press any key to boot off the CD. I get to the part where it looks like it's booting into the installer (the background turns green) and the install stops. I'm trying to avoid formatting the laptop and having to reinstall everything. Suggestions? Thanks Edited January 2, 2006 by viriiman Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/6346-upgradeing-a-triboot/ Share on other sites
INFNITE
since you don't have a Apple Intel developer machine, I don't think you can use that installation method. You need to follow the instructions shown on this page: http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...allation_Guides Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/6346-upgradeing-a-triboot/#findComment-39502 Share on other sites
