borzo Posted September 16, 2007 Share Posted September 16, 2007 Hello. I installed OSX with a 10.4.8 dvd, configured it following a guide and everything goes perfectly. Then I decided to update to 10.4.9 because I want to use the kext for the power managment so I downloaded the updater, saved the old kernel, updated, loaded the new kernel downloaded from the IRC channel and everything is perfect except the fact that usb is not working, USB mouse is working, but USB devices like iPod, external Hard Disks and USB sticks doesn't work at all. Help me, it's something linked with the new kernel but how can i solve this? Is there an USB fix or something like that? Thanks!
