Installed, need help getting things to work!

I installed, mac osx 10.4.8, a few months ago, and tried to get internet/video/audio working, but couldn't figure out anything,so I gave up and formatted.. so on a bored rainy friday, I put in anouther spare hdd, and installed osx again, and was wondering if you guys could help, installs everything fine, but i can't get my internet to work, its a RealTek RTL8139/810X Family Fast Ethernet NIC, which i've read on here, works natively, but I can't seem to get it to work, also video, I have Ati Radeon Xpress 200, built in to mobo, so I don't know if theres any support for that or not, and for sound I have a Realtek HD Audio, and I heard that people got that to work, but i've not had much luck, maybe im just stupid, but any help is appreciated.
