The-PYRO
Okay, I've got the 10.4.3 gf1111 wesley patch iso I plan on using, but I'm not sure what I want to do here. Surprisingly, my dad offered to let me get a new computer put together for my mac os, but it wouldn't be too high of a quality. I would love to do this, but dual-booting might be better. Can you guys help me out? Right now, I could dual-boot off of this pc which has: Intel P4 2.00 Ghz 1 GB of RAM ATI Radeon 9200 Intel motherboard Windows XP SP2 250 GB HD 80 GB HD I would most likely use the built-in boot-loader in windows. The computer he would let me make would probably have to be between $200-$300 USD. Can you guys let me know what the better choice is? I'm kind of leaning towards the new computer, but I'm not sure if its worth it considering it wont be great quality, but it will still be good. I already have a case and an 80 gb hd in this pc that I can move over if I do make a new computer. I can get a DVD drive for $1, and I was eyeing this Processor. Would that be a good processor for it? If you guys could tell me what other parts to get for this pc, that would be great, because I'm really hoping to get this new computer. I will probably use a kvm switch (help finding one of those would be nice, too), so there is no need for a monitor or mouse or keyboard All help is appreciated.
