Eric.C
How do I add them to the audibooks section? I converted the original mp3 into m4b (that what a blog said), then tried to add it, but its still under music, any ideas why?
skyhighmac
Use a program like Audiobook Builder. I use it and my audiobooks are in the audiobook section. Don't know how to do it other wise. If you don't want to buy it, green demon or brokenstones has it.
Alderete
Audiobook Builder is terrific. I've written a review where I recommend it to everyone who has a Mac and imports their own audiobooks. Macworld magazine just published a review where they give it a 4.5 mouse rating. And at only $10, it's a bargain. If you're really dead set on using only iTunes (maybe you refuse to use your credit card online), I've written some instructions, including step-by-step details with screenshots, for how to import audiobooks on Audio CD into iTunes. I've also published a series of FAQs on the exact question you've asked, How do I get my audiobooks to appear in the Audiobooks source list of iTunes?
