zerodian Posted August 30, 2007 Share Posted August 30, 2007 Hey everyone! Some of us are owners of this SATA controller (look at this thread). Obviously it's built in some kind of notebooks. It's seems, that this controller is completely unsupported by OS X. So the installations is hard enough (i did it with the VMware-method). Native boot is impossible at this point! There is support for this chipset in Linux and the BSD derivates. I'm not the expert in driver-coding and also not owning another machine running OS X so is there anybody out there, who can help us?
