jjduro
Is there anybody ? I didn't quite understand what you want. You Have windows, but want to leave it untouched? I suggest you use partition magic to make a new partition for OSX. rename it: OSX, so you can easily find it and remember its size. On disk utility, click on it to erase i.e. format with mac journaled extended. close the program and install uphuck DVD 1.3, and don't forget to install the SATA drivers or whatever drivers you need for Nforce. If the installation DVD can't "see" your SATA HD.. then you should install OSX on an external disk and boot from there. Afterwards, using that external OSX go to disk utility and choose restore in place to copy the sistem on the external HDD to the SATA HDD. and don't forget to install the SATA controlers on the external disk. and don't boot before the restore in place. OK? I hope that helps Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/61844-cant-install-because-of-nforce4-sata-controller/#findComment-438619 Share on other sites
