emascarri
Hi, I hope someone will be able to help me with my problem: last year I`ve bought a refurbished 1.25 ghz macmini, but now I`d like to buy a native sounds audio kontrol interface, which requires at least a 1.42 ghz G4 processor. Is it possible to make such an upgrade (or, better, a 1.5 ghz G4 upgrade)? In case of a positive answer, would it also be possible to expand memory from 40 to 80 gB at the same time? Thank you very much Andrea Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/61627-12ghz-macmini-upgrade/ Share on other sites
Bearcat
In a word, No, you cannot upgrade the G4 processor in a Mac mini as it appears to be integrated onto the logic board. http://www.123macmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12964 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/61627-12ghz-macmini-upgrade/#findComment-437140 Share on other sites
