i have a osx 86 machine i built running a q6600 2.4 quadcore with 4 gig of gskill memory and nvidia 7300 gfx card. one day i came to work and the computer didnt want to boot without a kernel panic. finally i got it to boot by pulling one of the sticks of memory out and it boots up fine and after @ 10 seconds of being in the os it slows to the speed of a snail. so im trying to track down if its a hardware issue (i think it is) but i dont know how to narrow it down without physically swapping each component of the computer out with a diff one, and since i dont have extra memory or cpu i cant do this.

i saw theres osx hardware testing sodftware for real macs, but dunno if thatll help me at all
