toshiba A100(cel) still wawiting root device

hi all of you

 

first i'm poor in english sorry ..

 

My laptop is Toshiba Sattelite A100 and specs are here

 

cpu : intel pentium4 m380 (cel 1.6 ,Dothan)

ram : 2G

M/B : sb450 (ati)

vga : x200 (express)

odd : dvd-rom

Hdd : 60G Sata

 

I used Jas 10.4.8 install dvd (burned it) and boot with -v option

after I met "still waiting root device"

 

in different way i tried 10.4.7 jas with vmware on Windows xp

I set the new machine type correctly, and I have succeeded to install osX

but first booting I met "still waiting root device"

how can I install osX correctly

hdd won't be recognized

which version can be works on my laptop

 

hew english is difficult

plz help !!

 

 

ps i have checked line,,

after these line "still witing root device" found
