Screen Blank / Sleep lockups

I just redid my install on one of my iHacks ( ASRock ConRoe 1333-D667 v1.0 ).. and I know there are issues with the sleep functions so I disabled sleep and just set the monitor to blank after a period of time.. now when the screen blanks it won't come back on without rebooting..

 

Install = uphuck 1.3

kernel = 8.9.1 Toh:xnu-792.18.15 May 6th Universal 3 version..

 

Any Ideas.. I would love sleep, but need it not to lockup..
