Frapp
Howdy. I've been searching around the site for a while. First post. I'm looking to dual booting my MacBook Pro with Windows XP, and I have a few questions. 1. I have Windows 2000 and Win XP Pro Upgrade Disk (no service packs), which has always worked fine on my custom PCs. Will I have to get a full on version of Win XP or can I install the way I've been doing it? 2. If I can do 2000 --> XP, do I HAVE to get Service Pack 2? 3. I'm primarily doing this for gaming. Are there any major problems on the MacBook Pro I should anticipate? 4. I am also planning on getting an external hard drive for all my personal files, and just using the MBP's drive for programs and apps. What file format should I use so that both OS X and Windows can access the external drive? System Specs, in case this matters 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GB Ram 120 GB Internal Drive
