sniperviper
hi, after successfully installed JaS's 10.4.8 I run Koolkat's installer 10.4.10. Selected items were: Combo Update (Intel) & SSE2 Kernel 8.9.1 (no patches) After reboot system hangs on "ACPIPlatform.kext" error. So I replaced the original 10.4.8 kext. After 2nd reboot system gave kernel panic (unknown trap function). Does anyone have managed to install a working 10.4.10 update on a SSE2 machine? There must be a way to install 10.4.10 also on older machines with SSE2 only. Please help. NB: Previously I installed uphuck's 10.4.9 release (1.3) - but also no success after updating to 10.4.10 (Koolkat installer).
