w3b
Hi! I downloaded this version of OS X because i read it works with AMD and Intel. The notebook is powered by a Pentium 4 M CPU which has SSE2 so i guess it should work. I burned the DVD with Nero and I decided to try installing my new OS When I saw the OS trying to load the Darwin kernel I said to myself "Pheew everything is ok... " it saw a kernel panic screen The kernel panic was because it was unable to find a driver for the CPU "ACPI". I am not a complete specialist but as far as I know this is a power management technology. I saw many erros like mine on this forum but they all have different solutions. Maybe it is the hardware that matters so I posted the model info of my old notebook. If someone can help me I would be very very happy. PS: maybe I need a newer version? Send me a link to the exact torrent or whatever. Thanks in advance.
