x03n Posted August 15, 2007 Share Posted August 15, 2007 What kind of software updates are safe and/or not safe to installing my hackintosh? Right now I am running 10.4.10. For updates showing I have some final cut hd 3 updates that dont require a reboot. I would assume thoes are ok to download, but I also has an audio update and a security update (intel) that do require a reboot. I am sure kernal updates are not suggested unless they have been release by the fine developers here, but what about eveything else?
