sianto Posted August 15, 2007 Share Posted August 15, 2007 My PC Spec : Pentium IV 3.0Ghz SSE3 RAM DDR 1GB pc-3200 ASUS P5GPL-X Pixelview NVIDIA Geforce 7300GT Mouse & Keyboard : Logitech Wireless MX DUO (USB) Primary Master ST380211AS 80GB HDD SATA (C:) (Windows) Primary Slave ST380211AS 80GB HDD SATA (D:) (Backup) Secondary Master Sony DVD-Rom Secondary Slave Sony CD-RW Pre-installed OS V: Win Vista Home Premium Tobe-installed : JaS 10.4.8 Mac OS X x86 this is the install sequence i do : 1. In win vista, I use disk management to split (D:) into two disks 2. I created (E:) for MAC, formatted it with FAT32 (12gb) 3. I inserted the os-x dvd and rebooted 4. Went thru the normal darwin/x86 setup installation 5. Installation of mac os x went normally 6. Upon finished, i remove the cd and rebooted. Pressed F8 in bios mode 7. I choosed my "primary slave" HDD as booter 8. Went into Apple logo 'gray screen' 9. My monitor screen went half-left and half-right. right one is just blank 'black' 10. left one i had like small monitor view in its center position.. showing apple welcome screen in various language 11. then a screen appears: "before you begin" "your keyboard cannot be identified and will not be usable until it is identified. to identify this keyboard click OK." What is wrong with my keyboard I can't press anything.. there's nothing wrong with my keyboard and mouse. it was fine in bios and vista. my mouse's cursor dont even show up too. they were plugged using USB. What is wrong with my display? It was split half-half...?? So, i tried to re-install... went to sequence 1 to 8. 9. Now my SCREEN ORIENTATION were rotated 90 degrees right. showing blue screen, and a Mac OS x "starting..." 10. After that, the monitor went black... just nothing happens.. I restart. 11. Now after gray screen, it's showing nothing on the screen.. just black. 11. sianto Posted August 15, 2007 Author Share Posted August 15, 2007 I tried this solution :boot your osx using -s -v/sbin/mount -uw /cd /system/library/extensionsrm -rf nvdaresman.kextrm -rf nvdanv10hal.kextrm -rf nvdanv20hal.kextrm -rf nvdanv30hal.kextrm -rf nvdanv40hal.kextrm -rf geforce.kextthis time i booted with success... mouse appears in "before you begin" screen,i went to the setup and registration process...AND NOW MY SCREEN ORIENTATION becomes strange !! 90 degrees right !!anyone can help me solve this?
