MSI Mobo HELP

Ok so I saw that debauchery1st built a hackintosh using this MSI mobo:

 

MSI 945GM3-F LGA 775 Intel 945G Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $72.99

 

I like a couple of other people wanted four ram slots for future-proof purposes. So I went on Newegg and found this guy:

 

 

MSI 945P Neo3-F LGA 775 Intel 945P ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

for $74.99

 

I looked at the HCL but didn't find this model. My question is, does anyone know if this motherboard works? Everything seems to be nearly the same except for:

 

Northbridge is 945P instead of 945G

no integrated video (which I don't care about I have a 7600gt that works fine.)

and the selling point. It has four ram slots instead of two.
