VMware Fusion unrecoverable error:(mks)

I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.10, My Graphic card is GMA950. I installed Windows xp sp2 as the guest OS in VMware Fusion(1.0.0-51348). I enabled 3D in the settings,then when I run the Windows xp sp2 , I got the error below:

and if I disable 3D in the settings,Windows xp sp2 can start without any error. So what should I do to solve this problem? I really need 3D enabled to run some apps!
