erbic Posted August 14, 2007 Share Posted August 14, 2007 Yeah, works fine. Any version of XP and any version of Vista will work with Boot Camp. I'm not even entirely sure you need Service Pack 2 as Apple claims. Don't have a pre-SP2 disc to test that, though. EFI Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 If you get a partition error, repair your permissions from your OS X install disk...not while your in OS X. Shut off the computer, and then insert your OS X disk. Boot off of that, and repair your disk permissions. Once that's done, quit out of the disk, boot back into OS X, and try the bootcamp installer...it should work now. Its after it asks you to insert a black CD or DVD for the drivers. Then it tried to split the hard drive in two and it failed... Twice. I'm gonna try what EFI said. Hope it works.
