Guestwho
Hey everyone, I recently got my hands on an IBM Netvista X41 and I tried to install uphuck's 10.4.9 on it. Installation went fine, but some of the devices don't seem to work. The video is an ATI Rage 128 pro ultra DevID=5452. This card should be supported, but I can't change resolutions or anything else. QE and CI both show "not supported" but I think that this card doesn't support either one. I also couldn't get AGPgart working, even though it is AGP 4X. The sound is an Intel AC'97 82801BA/BAM DevID=2445. I tried installing the Azalia audio kext, but the device isn't recognized. Shouldn't AC'97 stuff work? The Ethernet is an Intel PRO/100 VE DevID=2449. I installed the AppleIntel8255x kext, and my DevID is in the info.plist, but the device still isn't recognized and the Network Preferences "unexpectedly quits" when I try to open it. Everything else is working OK, I appreciate any help you guys can give me on trying to get these things to work.
