smv244 Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 When the dvd boots up i press F8 then type in -X cpus=1 then it loads after it loads a grey screen with a apple and a spinning gear appears....i waited almost overnight and nothing happend. please help. here are my specs Specs- intel Core 2 Duo E4500, ecs G33T-M2 motherboard 250gb sata drive sata dvd and dvd burner drive on board video card 2gb of memory it will be great if some gives me a step by step guide from the begging..thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
