dc297spec Posted August 11, 2007 Share Posted August 11, 2007 Hello all, I am running on JAS 10.4.9 with updated kernel. I recently changed my burner from Ide Burner to Sata and know its not working. I am running the hard drives in AHCI mode and thery are all working i just cant get the cd-rom to work any help would be much appreciated. Here are my system specs. dc297spec Posted August 13, 2007 Author Share Posted August 13, 2007 in about this mac it does not show up. if i put a cd in the drive it does not mount the cd. its acting as though its not there. I was thinking it maybe a device id i need to change in one of the kexts.
