Home folder in other hard disk?

Is it possible to have the HOME folder in my other hard drive?

I want to have one hard drive as a start up with system files and nothing more. And another drive with applications and my home folder (Library, Music, Pitures, Fonts, etc.)

I want this so I can play as I want with my system tests (.kext updates etc.)

 

Any suggestions?
