Can't get any realbasic programs (the compiler and any compiled apps) to run on my deadmoo install

I just found this amazing resource and installed the deadmoo image (tiger x86) and I really wanted to try out Realbasic but when I try to install the demo, I could see the icon appear on the deskbar for about a second but then it goes away. The same thing happens when I try to run realbasic compiled programs generated on another computer. The only patch I have is the network one from maxxus, but I can't find any of his other patches so I'm assuming my version is a little old? Does anyone have any suggestions or confirmation that realbasic either worked or didn't work for them? Thanks!

This is prime example of why it is a good policy to try to stay near the leading edge of Apple releases. deadmoo is old, really really old. Your kexts are old, frameworks, kernel, etc. If your running on an SSE2 processor you don't have full SSE3 emulation. You have no benefit from latest nVidia or ATI drivers. Many of the hacks with AppleHDA are unavailable to you, and so on. Now, I can't definitively say that your problem is caused because of having an old version. However, it is much easier to narrow down the broad range of possibilities if you a running something more current. My guess would be that it has something to do with the way it is compiling due to your old kernel version. However, realbasic is not xcode and the compiler can be affected by many more things. If its possible I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Uphuck's installer. I think that you'll be happy that you did.
