Aslanov Posted August 6, 2007 Share Posted August 6, 2007 Alright, here is the problem. oh first, my rig Asus m2npv-vm Am2 3800+ (single core) 2x512MB OCZ DDR2 eVGA 6800GS My problem when trying to install with the boot disk was: Warning: ATA Drive...FLUSH CACHE EXT does not have Extended LBA Support followed by BSD root: disk1s3, major14, minor3 With 2 different disks then i tried VMware, and got this com.apple.boot.plist file not found this was with a MOUNTED disk, two Different versions of os X that were nto burnt, just downloaded. I'm really getting weary of going through all this, if anyone can help me that would be great. thank you. thestevo Posted August 6, 2007 Share Posted August 6, 2007 Have you checked the partition that contains OS X is active and has the boot flag? You can use Hiren's Boot CD, gparted, or others to make sure of this.
