Calling all Asus A8V owners!

I'm using an Asus A8V motherboard trying to make the OS X86 happen. I tested:

Jas 10.4.8 AMD INTEL SSE3 SSE2 with v1p and Defiant Disk Utility (sometimes called v2p)

Tubgirl 10.4.10 AMD SSE3 "Test 1"

uphuck 10.4.9 v1.4a (AMD)

I had more or less success with one or the other... JaS is ok, but can't make it work with high FSB, so no extreme overclock... uphuck's gave me a lot of trouble (AGPGart/video related)... Tubgirl's is in the overall the best.

Now, the problem is USB 2.0. For example external hard disks, pen drives, iPod's, etc. could be recognized (sometimes) but they never mount. I couldn't make it work in any way with any OS X86 release.

USB 1.x works perfectly (mouse, keyboard, etc.) Even if you disable USB 2.0 in BIOS, the USB 2.0 devices (like the ones mentioned earlier) work correctly but only in 1.x mode (very slow transfer).

So no USB 2.0 support. Any cure? How did you A8V owners managed to make USB 2.0 work?

Thank you for your time!
