7300GT help needed

Hi

 

I just got a 7300GT 256Mb ( point of view branded ) and im totally unable to get it working.

 

If i put that on my current installtion (which currently runs with a 5700VE enabled with natit installer), i just get the dimmed error of apple saying "power off the machine" in various languages while loading OSX, but the card seems to be working with vesa driver during the OSX installation ( so i assume its a driver problem, moreover, i have read that ppl have this card running well on their systems )

 

I have been running JaS 10.4.8 sse3 (intel only) perfectly on my system

The CPU is an 478 p4 hyperthreading, ss3 at 3,2 ghz ( reported as double core p4 3,6 ghz on OSX ).The Mobbo is Gigabyte 8i1000pe which is intel 865 based. Everything is working well, the usb 2.0, ethernet, sound, sata and even the sleep ability.

With a 5700ve installed (natit instalator in order to get it working), there are a hell of selectable resolutions and QE/Ci are both working.

 

Any hints? Any concrete installer? edit? whatever! Please, come on, if i get this card running on the system, i can get it for free ( and i supose its a huge step ahead from my current 5700ve )

Start in SAFE MODE typing -s and then install THIS.

 

If doesn`t work, try to install OpenGL.framework from 10.4.8 official update with Pacifist.

All i get starting on safe mode is a bash shell. How to access to the HD and install the package?
