pcfreek14 Posted July 25, 2007 Share Posted July 25, 2007 I have a dell e1705 and i have read everywhere that people are able to get their e1705 to sleep and wake flawlessly. When i set: sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0 It allows the computer to enter sleep mode, but it wakes back up within 2 seconds automatically. If hibernatemode is set to anything besides 0 the screen just goes black and locks up the machine. What can i do to get sleep to function properly?
