Alright, I am struggling to get my sound and wireless to work (Uphuck 1.4i) . I am not so much concerned with the wifi as I am with sound. I have done some research and followed some of the guides but still no luck. I tried the AppleAC97Audio.kext and it seems like everything goes well except no sound comes through the speakers or headphones. I can adjust the volume, and in the audio midi setup under output it shows two channels. Unfortunately, I cant change it to 6 channels like some of the solutions mentioned. Could it be because of the .kext I got is wrong? Are there some different ones to try? If anyone could point me in a direction that would be great.

If anyone can help a newbie out I would greatly appreciate it

Thanks,

D
