Q1) Product name of Your CPU and MOBO Q2) While you were installing, and seeing "Darwin bootloader", did you enter "CPUS=1" to boot screen is appearing? Q3) Which option did you choose from the following Kernels as bellow? a)8.9.1 Kernel.AMDSS2.pkg b ) 8.9.1 Kernel.AMDSS3.pkg c)universal.kernel.1.pkg d)universal.kernel.2.pkg e)universal.kernel.3.pkg Q4) Did you enter "CPUS=1" even now? (when you boot from HDD which has been installed completely.) In case of me, while I was installting wuth the following media, all media can not boot unless I enter "cpus=1" 1)MacOSX_10.4.6DVDPATCHED_Myz.iso 2)uphuck_10.4.9_v1.3 3)10.4.6install.dvd.iso 4)OSX 1048 AMD FINAL 5)Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2] 6)tub_Osx10410_AMDVM_SSE3.rar which means mine is working with only core solo.
