Howdy,

I was wondering of ways to virtualize OS X on Apple hardware. It does not appear that Parallels supports OSX virtualization out of the box. What if someone got ahold of one of those cracked Intel version of Tiger, and attempted to use that in Parallels? Would that allow for virtualization of Tiger on Apple hardware?

A lot of people would like to see this.

The simple answer is no. Parallels and VMWare emulate just enough PC hardware to run BIOS-compliant operating systems. Even the hacked version of Tiger still has specific hardware requirements for drivers to work, and it's not likely those VMs emulated the hardware that specifically. I could be wrong though.

Wold be nice though. Maybe someone good with OSx86 could try it on a real Mac?
