N!CK
Well, i was going through my pc's (not my hackintosh) bios after putting in a new graphics card. (upgrading from the IGP) I noticed that on my board the bios recognises the IGP as PCI graphics. I know that for the PowerMac G3's you can use PCIExtreme to unlock QE on the PCI cards. (since the PCI cards do not meet the QE requirement because they are not AGP or PCIe) Well anyway i know i unlocked it on my powermac which has PCI (Radeon 7000) and i know it runs efficiantly, but since the IGP (on my VIA chipped mobo) is considered PCI im thinking i you could use PCIExtreme to unlock it on your IGP. I would try it but my hackintosh has the GMA 900 which is already supported, my PC doesnt have Mac on it because i didnt feel like messing with AMD and Mac. Just a suggestion if someone wants to try it. If it messes up your system don't blame me i simply suggested it. You can Download PCIExtreme here>>> http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/8979#descContainer_link Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/57611-possible-to-enable-ci-on-unsuppoted-igps/ Share on other sites
