misteries Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 so im trying to install osx86 on a p5v800-mx and it does nothing... i get to a grey screen w an apple in the center & a timer of sorts and at the top of the apple theres a circle w a line thru it and from there... nothing. now im not sure if im doing anything wrong... any suggestions? misteries Posted July 19, 2007 Author Share Posted July 19, 2007 bump... i dl'ed uphuck 10.4.9v1.3 and installed now im stuck again at "/com.apple.oot.plist" not found ugh... i have and ide hd asus p5v800-mx i also have sata drive that the installer did not recognize... but im stuck... any suggestions? i read that getting an ide to sata adaptor would work... but now my hd is ide so will that need one as well as the dvdrom? oi vey i need assistance.
