ieatbred
I just bought a mac mini (it has 10.4.7 installed on it already)from my friend, and i want to totally wipe out the drive and to a fresh install of os x. He didn't have any cds that came with it (I only paid $100). I have downloaded the JaS 10.4.8 and i can't get it to boot from the cd. how can i format the hard drive? Guest Ramm
You need to get a real OS X installation DVD. By the way, if you are planning to install with an OS X86 disc, it won't work. ieatbred
ok, so everything is in his name, as far as the account stuff goes. i don't know his password so i can't add another user or delete his without having another user account. how can i reset the password for his account without knowing his password? is this even possible?
