mac osx in a toshiba centrino duo?

i have this computer:

i try to install this version of mac osx:

 

Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].i

 

my problem is:

when the installation has finished, and the system is reinitiated, load until the white screen where it appears the apple. then, it gives screenshot with white and black lines and later the screen becomes blue and there it remains that.

what i making bad? is not possible to install mac osx in this PC?

any type of aid is useful for me

i had this same problem, you need to install the gma900 drivers(i think thats the one) in order for this to work correctly.

 

to do this:

 

1. boot up from your installation cd

2. under install options, choose drivers->VGA->Intel->gma900

3. check the gma900 driver, and install(you don't need to completley redo everything, just checking that one driver will get it for you)

 

also, i would recommend installing the Intel Pro 10/100 drivers for your ethernet, that should get it working as well.

it will prove, but I believe that I do not have that option in dvd of installation.

I had the same problem, so I tried JAS 10.4.7 and works. Later I updated to 10.4.8 (JAS update)and 10.4.9 (JAS update).

No sound(ALC862) even with azalia drivers, no wireless (3945abg), but work fine.
