Sean-Der
What bootloader could I use to have both Mac OSX and Ubutnu Linux bootable at startup. I am guessing Grub but what file would I need to edit and so on. Next how would I share files between them? hyposeu
Hey this is my first post but i might have a similar problem. I have xp, os x, and ubuntu installed but grub only shows xp and ubuntu. I think to get OS X to show up you need to edit /boot/grub/menu.lst and add an entry for OS X. I looked at this old forum post. I'm going to try it now. http://forum.insanelymac.com/lofiversion/i....php/t3622.html Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56687-mac-os-x-ubuntu/#findComment-404957 Share on other sites
cbmkgd
This issue as often been addressed. It is indeed the menu.lst that must be edited. Look in the Tutorial(GeniusBar) subforum, there are some guides. or check the osx86 wiki Grub in short article.
