Abercrombie
Hi all! I first tried the uphuck 1.3 DVD on my system. It's a Pentium D 3Ghz on a ASRock 775i945GZ with PATA harddisks. JaS has done it's job pretty well... After installing uphuck with the Intel Kernel with SSE3, IOPCIFamily I'll get this error: Starting up... (from grub) Non-system disk Press any key to reboot I've tried JaS again, but it got the same error... what's happening here? naddy69
Did you re-partition using Disk Utitlity? It sounds like you either did not mark the partition as Active, or you partitioned as GUID instead of Master Boot Record. This is under the Options button at the bottom when you partition a disk using Disk Utility.
