Litespeed
I ran OS X on my Asus K8N quite well, but with some caveats. The onboard network controller doesn't work. I had to install a cheap Realtek 8139 NIC to get internet access. The onboard sound does work but you need to edit one of the config files to get OS X to recognise the chipset. Look in the Wiki for the audio section. Sorry I can't be more specific - I'm not using OS X at the moment.
