PZR
Hello guys, ever since the latest OS X update, my wireless has been suffering from what I could only describe as packet loss. The WiFi is still showing as connected, but no data is being transferred, it can't connect to the router, sometimes it kicks back into life, sometimes I need to turn WiFi on and off again. It's not happening on any other systems, so I'm pretty sure it's not the router, the router isn't dropping the internet connection, so it's not that either. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this, and if there is a solution to it. Someone mentioned it happening on the MBP due to overheating, but it happens to me at random times, it can go for a day at full pelt getting hot and it'll be fine, so I'm pretty sure it's not heat, my MBP is only around 50c whenever it happens. Any help would be appreciated, it can get a tad annoying. Cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56069-wifi-dropping-out/ Share on other sites

PZR
My 10.4.10 was about a week ago, I haven't had any new updates apart from the superdrive firmware one and the audio one, is 1.1 the MBP only update? I know there was a MBP only update, not sure what it was though.
