theunbeliever
I've looked through the forums and tried a couple methods with no success.. my inspiron 1100 series installs the jas dvd perfectly but when it reboots it gets to the grey screen and spins for a bit then stops the screen stays but i hear the voice that guides you through the setup.. has neone else had this problem and how exactly should i fix it? GulfCoastMac
I had the same problem. I reinstalled (JaS 10.4.8) and it worked the second time. I went to bed when I started the 2nd install, and when I got up in the morning, it was there ready to go. Maybe it needs more time? The second time I also installed the ATI and Nvidia drivers. Don't know why that could have made a difference though.
