DiscoRage Posted June 29, 2007 Share Posted June 29, 2007 So here's my problem. My sound device (AC97) is detected and is working fine, as long as I'm using the line out connection. I just brought my box into the living room, so I could hook it up to my audio receiver. Again, the device is detected, but it won't let me choose digital coax or SPDIF for output. I've gone into Audio MIDI set up and tried changing the speaker configuation but it will only allow me to select stereo. Is there something that needs to be enabled? Do I need to update/alter a kext? I'm using a K8N Neo2 FX board with an nForce3 chipset, running 10.4.8.
